A. Zoning Violations. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of Section 2: Zoning Regulations shall be fined not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each violation. Each day (or part of a day) that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

B. Subdivision and Other Violations. Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of Section 3: Subdivision Regulations and Development Standards or Section 4: Supplemental Development Regulations shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation. Each day (or part of a day) that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
